I have always loved homes. Their architecture, styling, layouts, decor, kitchens…just about everything to do with a beautiful home. I then turned that into buying, remodeling and renting quality homes. The remodeling process ensured me (and ultimately the new tenant) that they were getting a solid home with little to no worry. I bought my first property in 2001, just 4 months out of college, and then another in 2003, and 2004 and then my first rental that same year. I realized that while not easy, it’s an excellent way to learn, grow and invest. I have not looked back since and always looking for good partners to move forward with.

My background is in technology with BSEE degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from CSUS, Sacramento. I worked most of my career at Intel Corp in various technical and marketing roles. I still have a passion for technologies and bringing new products to market that advance the user experience—-I equally have a passion for real estate and providing and excellent home and experience to all of my tenants and partners I work with.
