We know that finding a perfect home and working with a good landlord can be a daunting and intimidating process. We want to assure you that we care and always willing to work with great tenants to make you feel comfortable about your decision to rent with us.

Here are just some reasons why West End has tenants stay for many years and even ask if we have MORE homes for rent as they recommend us to their friends and family that need good rental home.

• EVERYTHING is included in the rent cost that we quote you. We DO NOT ask the tenant to pay for water, garbage, landscaping or any other fees (although we do recommend renters insurance)

• We allow animals

• Each home is VERY well updated and energy efficient. We only rent quality homes that we test everything is in excellent working order before handing it to you.

• We offer very flexible lease terms and even if life events happen and you need to break the lease, we will work with you

• You work directly with the owner

• We always respond to any questions or needs in under 12 hours

• We only ask 3 basic things of our tenants: Pay your rent on time, take good care of your new home, and don’t disturb your neighbors. In turn, we will take good care of you. So easy!
